Hiding In A Coffin
For fear of dying
Big Brother ran away
From the crowding of anger on the streets
Where a mass of hungry skeletons are stormed
Waiting in vain for the people’s champion
Away from the battleground
Where truth is pushed to the wall
By the gods and their ambiguous oracles
In unfair and hideous encounters
Away from incensed protesting elements
And the terrible howling whirlwinds of deceit
Sweeping dust and blinding brother from brother
Away from the sun and his brutal rays
Now reigning in fatal glory
Big Brother ran into his own bedroom
To hide in a coffin
And all for fear of dying.
